Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any cancellation request after 24 hours from the time of placing the order will not be applicable.

Will I get a refund?

Yes, in the event of a cancellation, you will get a refund within a maximum 10-15 days from the date of order placed.

What happens if you pay twice for the same transaction?

In the event that a customer has paid more than once for the same order by mistake, or for any other reason whatsoever, the extra transaction charges will be refunded within 10-15 days, after deducting the payment gateway charges incurred by Fresh Look Fashion on the extra transaction amount.

Can I avail returns?

Yes, you can initiate a return in case you receive a product that is

» Damaged or defected upon delivery.
» Sizing/Fit is not as per the order.

You will be required to send us pictures of the damaged piece, highlighting the defected area & citing the reason for the return request within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the product. Kindly mail us the details at [email protected]

Once we receive your mail, the customer care team will analyse the issue & give you a solution within a maximum of the next 7 days.

We undergo strict quality check measures and very rarely receive any return requests on account of damages. However, since our products are extremely delicate, in most return cases, minor defects occur during shipping & handling only.

But do not worry, as for any defects, our team will offer you a replacement option & you will receive the corrected piece within 10 days from the date we receive the product at our head office. 

Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

Customize and stitched ordered will not be exchange and return.

Shipping costs responsibility of the customer for return and exchange ordered.

Please note that in case our service team reports that the products have been used, damaged or tampered wilfully by the customer, then the return/replacement will not be accepted by us.


How this Replacement policy terms work
» If you receive an item in damaged condition or somehow if the item you received was not the item you ordered, then please do contact us as soon as you receive the item in question. We promise that we will offer you the best possible solution.

» It is advised not to return the item without informing us. It is very vital that you do not send back the item until you have verified with us. In such a situation, no credit or replacement shall be given.

» If we are unable to deliver the original ordered item due to unavoidable reasons, then according to our terms we will request you to select an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost. Well, if no alternate selection is desired by a customer, then the company will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.

» Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

» Customize and stitched ordered will not be exchange and return.

» Shipping costs responsibility of the customer for return and exchange ordered.


What are the modes of refund available?
Incase of Prepaid Orders, the amount is refunded back to the source through which the payment was made for the transaction.

Incase of COD Orders, the amount will be refunded on every 3rd & 17th of every month in your account as a deposit, for deliveries from 1-15th and 16-31st of every month.

Refunds are processed only in case of damaged products and Delivery Issues.

No refund can be issued under any circumstances after stitching the garment.
